Ankomst till parkeringen:
- Innan ankomst till parkeringen erhåller du ett SMS från oss med information.
- Grinden öppnas av personal på plats eller genom en infartskod som skickas 15 minuter innan ankomst.
- Check-in sker i receptionen eller direkt i bussen.
- Parkera på anvisad plats. Vid högsäsong eller vid längre bokningar kan vi be dig att lämna din nyckel till oss.
- Bussen tar dig direkt till Arlanda flygplats, terminal 2 eller 4.
Observera:
- Din bokning är giltig 15 minuter innan bokad ankomst samt max 75 minuter efter bokad tid.
- Din buss är planerad att avgå vid den tid du angivit som ankomst.
- Vänligen meddela oss vid eventuella förseningar för att undvika onödiga extrakostnader.
- Se till att din information om hemresan är korrekt:
- Ankomstdatum
- Vilken tid landar planet enligt biljetten? (ej parkeringstid)
- Flygnummer (ej bokningsnummer, biljettreferens etc.)
- Korrekt information är nödvändig för att garantera din upphämtning i tid.
Hemresa:
- På hemresedagen erhåller du ett “Välkommen hem”-SMS från oss.
- Följ instruktionerna i SMS:et för att beställa upphämtning.
- Upphämtning sker på:
- Terminal 4: Hållplats 12
- Terminal 2: Hållplats 7–8

Säkerhet: Vårt område är väl upplyst, inhägnat och kameraövervakat.
Faciliteter: Reception med sittplatser. Gratis kaffe och te. Möjlighet att köpa andra drycker och snacks.
Arrival at the Parking Area:
- You will receive an SMS from us with arrival instructions before arriving at the parking lot.
- The gate will be opened by staff on site or via an entrance code sent 15 minutes before arrival.
- Check-in takes place at the reception or directly in the shuttle bus.
- Park in the designated area. During high season or longer bookings, we may ask you to leave your car key with us.
- The bus takes you directly to Arlanda Airport, Terminal 2 or 4.
Please Note:
- Your booking is valid 15 minutes before and up to 75 minutes after the scheduled arrival time.
- Your shuttle is scheduled to depart at the arrival time you provided.
- Please notify us of any delays to avoid unnecessary additional charges.
- Ensure your return travel information is correct:
- Return date
- What time does your flight land? (not the parking time)
- Flight number (not booking reference or ticket number)
- Accurate information is necessary to ensure timely pickup.
Return Journey:
- On the day of your return, you will receive a “Welcome Home” SMS from us.
- Follow the instructions in the SMS to request pickup.
- Pickup locations:
- Terminal 4: Stop 12
- Terminal 2: Stop 7–8
